SimpleHelp Remote Support

If you would like us to help you remotely, and you are unable to complete the installation of our remote support software, please follow the instructions below.

Windows Users

Go to www.pchelp.uk.com

Press the 'Download Remote Support' button

Press the 'Run' button in the File Download box

If you receive a warning from your security software, tell it to allow the software to run

A SimpleHelp window will open

Enter your name in the 'Name' box, leave the 'Company Name' blank, and press the 'Submit (Secure)' button

The message 'You are connected and in a queue, please wait' will appear at the top of the SimpleHelp window

Please call us to let us know that you are waiting.
