Email Settings For Mobile Devices

To use your new mailbox, you will need to configure your email client. The basic information that you will require to do this is as follows :-

Username	yourname@yourdomain.com
Password	supplied initially by us, but can be changed by you
Incoming Mail Server	vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com
Outgoing Mail Server	vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com

To manually configure your email on a mobile device, please use the settings below.

Account Type: IMAP

Incoming Server Settings

• Host Name: vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com
• Username: yourname@yourdomain.com
• Password: (Your email password)
• SSL: Off
• Port: 143

Outgoing Server Settings

• Host Name: vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com
• Username: yourname@yourdomain.com
• Password: (Your email password)
• SSL: Off
• Port: 25 or 587
